Eat More Turkey
If you are starving and don’t feel satisfied with small helpings of food, then there’s one low-calorie food that’s high in lean protein that you can eat: turkey. Just make sure that you don’t add gravy or cranberry sauce to it and that you eat as much white meat as possible.
